Added 30 Pounds of Muscle in a Year

Using kettle bells is the one of the newest fads and most effective way to get in shape. Training with Frank has been one of the best things that have happened to me; I have put on 30lbs of muscle training with Frank in less than a year. Training with frank, using kettle bells has allowed to me get bigger, faster and stronger. Frank pushes you to your ultimate limit and the pay off is so great. Every workout is very entertaining and fun; it may be strenuous, but as I previously said the pay off is unimaginable. Not to mention Frank has a lot of attractive women that workout with him, so it's always a plus having them in there and help motivating you.  

By using kettle bells during my senior year in high school they have helped me in basketball, out muscling kids twice my size. In baseball they have quickened my reaction time, given me much more explosive power to hit the ball farther, and have made me much faster allowing me to steal bases. As a result I batted over .430 and was elected to the all conference team and the Maine senior all-star team.

Kettlebells are great for all ages, help with all physical activities and are just an amazing way to stay in shape. Instead of wasting money at a gym doing useless bench presses and dumbbell curls, invest your time an money with Frank and it will be the best decision you have ever made; I know it has been mine.
